Police Release Video, Pictures of Nassau Gas Station Robbery

Do you recognize the robber from the pictures or video? Police are looking for him.

Police have released pictures and video of an armed robbery that occurred at a Bellerose gas station on Sunday. Nov. 27.

According to authorities, a 27-year-old employee was working inside 76 Gas Station, located at 248-02 Jericho Turnpike, when an unknown man walked behind the register and demanded cash while displaying a black handgun at 2:56 a.m.

The employee complied and the robber fled the store with the proceeds north on 91st Street. No injuries were reported.

Police described the robber as white, 25-30 years of old, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 150 pounds.
