Today begins Gov. Cuomo’s “Speed Week” campaign to reduce speeding on New York roads. State Police will be increasing enforcement for speeding as well as other traffic violations.
Speeding is the number one cause of death on New York roads. One third of all fatal crashes are from speeding. This week is to raise awareness and make our roads safer! So please slow down or you will be pulled over and ticketed!
