About the 3rd Annual TriMathlon
Modeled after a triathlon, the TriMathlon allows kids to test their mental fitness by solving math problems in a fun-filled atmosphere. Join us for our exciting national math competition where 2nd-5th graders of all math levels participate in fun math challenges. Every child receives a gift just for participating and helps support local schools! The winners receive additional prizes and earn further donations to their schools. In addition, for every student that signs up through this link, Mathnasium of New Hyde Park will donate $25 to the school’s Student Activity Fund!The Main Event
The Counting GameTests students’ ability to count from any number, to any number, by any number.
Magic Squares Challenge
Students are awarded points for creativity in developing their own math problems.
Mental Math Workout
Tests students’ Number Sense by asking them to solve given problems the “smart” way – without pencil and paper.
