Vacant Former Prince Carpet & Floors Showroom
What would you like to see at the large Jericho Turnpike location in Garden City Park?
is a long-standing company that is known for doing floor work on everything from offices to residential buildings. And though the now-Plainview based company used to operate out of Garden City Park, its former Jericho Turnpike location is currently closed and still for sale or lease.
The owner has not set a definite asking price and is still looking for offers. The property is a large free-standing building, taking up 20,550 square feet on .8 acres of land. The space also includes a 30-car parking lot on premise.
The location is in a high traffic area, sitting on the north side of Jericho Turnpike right near the intersection with Denton Avenue. The building itself is also very tall for a one-story building, so it would probably be best to have some sort of warehouse or showroom featured.
