Vacant Former Shelter Rock Library Space [POLL]

During its temporary move, the Shelter Rock Public Library found a home in the on Hillside Avenue. Close to Center Street Elementary School and , the space was an easy walk for any student or parent.

Now that the construction at the original location has been completed, the library is back on Shelter Rock Road, leaving an empty space in the shopping center. The front is covered almost entirely in windows, making it an ideal space to display product or give a restaurant and open and spacious feeling.

The building is 4,300 square feet, and is available for lease at $25 per square foot with an additional $11 per square foot for common area maintenance, taxes and insurance. Common area maintenance would, according to broker Michael Berman, include snow removal.
