Accused Shooter of Iona Student Arraigned, Bail Not Set
The defendant did not appear in court.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY - The New Rochelle man accused of the shooting death of an Iona College student was arraigned Monday.
Stivenson Desir, 19, waived his court appearance and was remanded by the judge and sent to Westchester County Jail without bail being set, the Journal News said.
Brandon Lawrence, 18, of Yonkers was shot and killed in Lincoln Park Sunday.
