Alternate Side Parking Rules for New Rochelle Go into Effect April 1
No fooling, the streets need to be swept from now until the end of the year.
NEW ROCHELLE, NY - Alternate side parking restrictions are set to begin April 1 in New Rochelle.
It only applies to those streets subject to winter suspension from Jan. 1 to March 31 when street sweeping operations don’t happen.
