Detectives from New Rochelle, the NYPD, and the FBI later arrested Brooklyn resident Ronald Rashad Givhan, who is also wanted in a Bronx double homicide, and he now faces a first-degree assault charge in New Rochelle. Authorities emphasize ongoing coordination as local court proceedings are prepared.
• 'Paulie's Push': Never Has An Airline Beverage Cart Delivered More Needed Service (patch.com) — Main Street in New Rochelle became a powerful stop on Paul "Paulie" Veneto's final 9/11 tribute push, as residents, firefighters, and police joined his symbolic airline beverage cart journey toward Ground Zero.
