• Iona University welcomes Class of 2030 amid enrollment growth and national recognition (americancatholictribune.com) — Iona University is expanding its New Rochelle campus as it welcomes one of its largest incoming classes, pushing total enrollment past 4,000 students. The school highlights strong national rankings, new academic investments, and growing honors and service cohorts, signaling more activity, resources, and student presence in and around New Rochelle in the coming years.
• Weekly Banking Bulletin October 9, 2026 (ny.gov) — New Rochelle homeowners and buyers may soon see more mortgage options, as state regulators received an application for a MoneyLine New York mortgage broker branch at 6 Sickles Avenue.
