Deborah Baumohl Joins Houlihan Lawrence’s New Rochelle Office as a Licensed Salesperson

Houlihan Lawrence, the largest independently owned and operated residential real estate brokerage firm in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess Counties, is pleased to welcome Deborah Baumohl to their New Rochelle office as a Licensed Salesperson.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lawrence, Baumohl worked in marketing for over 20 years, excelling in several different companies and starting her own consulting firm. After enjoying all aspects of her own house hunt, Baumohl realized the process felt natural to her and she wanted to do it full time. Through her many years’ experience in marketing, Baumohl developed a hyper client-focused way of thinking and was able to translate this seamlessly into real estate.

Starting her real estate career in 2001 with Coldwell Banker in Larchmont, Baumohl was a natural, recognized throughout her time there to be among the top 8% of agents in their worldwide network. Although a lifetime resident of Westchester County, Baumohl did spend a few years in South Florida working at Keyes Realty mastering the retirement real estate market. Since returning to NY and Coldwell Banker, Baumohl has kept her license active in FL and currently specializes in luxury real estate in NY and retirement communities in Palm Beach County, FL.
