Houlihan Lawrence Adds Three in Westchester Offices

Houlihan Lawrence, the largest independently owned and operated residential real estate brokerage firm in Westchester, Putnam and Dutchess Counties, is pleased to announce Michele Scaffidi, Anthony J. Leo and Patti J. Howard have joined three of their Westchester County brokerages.

Michele Scaffidi joined Houlihan Lawrence’s Armonk office as a Licensed Salesperson, having most recently worked in the commercial sector in her family’s real estate company. Growing up in the area and around commercial real estate, Michele has always been drawn to the field, realizing her own niche was in the residential market. After studying business in school, Michele worked as a legal secretary for years before turning her attention back to her true passion in property and using her legal knowledge and analytical thinking to help clients achieve their housing goals. Certified in CPR, Michele is an active member of St. Patrick’s Church, Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson and regularly fundraises for Northeast Special Recreation.

Anthony J. Leo has joined Houlihan Lawrence’s New Rochelle office also as a Licensed Salesperson. Anthony was drawn to real estate for the entrepreneurial aspect of the career, relishing in his clients find their dream home and seeing his hard work pay off. Growing up in Yonkers and currently residing in Pelham Manor, Anthony is knowledgeable in the area and all its nuances.  When looking for a brokerage to start his real estate career in, Anthony found Houlihan Lawrence had the strong, family foundation in which to grow.

Patti J. Howard has joined Houlihan Lawrence’s Bedford office bringing several years of experience as a broker in the community and fifteen years of experience as a practicing attorney. After receiving her undergraduate degree from Emory and law degree from Hofstra, Patti practiced at firms in New York City and Westchester County, with an emphasis on contract and real estate-related litigation.  Her in-depth understanding of the issues involved in real estate transactions from several perspectives provides significant benefits to clients.  As a twenty year resident and mother of four, Patti is also able to contribute first-hand knowledge of the community. Patti was excited to join Houlihan Lawrence and be a part of their professional and personable firm.
