Bronx Man Accused Of Drunken Driving
Police said his blood-alcohol content was determined to be 0.18 percent.
NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A man from the Bronx was accused of being intoxicated while driving through New Rochelle. State police said Dennis L. James Jr., 30, of Bronx, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
Police said they initially stopped James around 4:40 a.m. Tuesday on I-95 in the city of New Rochelle or multiple vehicle and traffic violations.
He was found to be intoxicated, police said, and was taken into custody.

During processing at the New Rochelle barracks, James' blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.18 percent.
He was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the City of New Rochelle Court July 12.
