The City of New Rochelle announces the return of the annual Downtown Summer Sizzle concert series with the first performance at Ruby Dee Park on Saturday, June 6. The public summer concert series, now in its fourth year, brings world-class musicians to the New Rochelle stage for free performances open to residents and visitors alike.
