NEW ROCHELLE, NY — After being closed for almost six months due to the new coronavirus pandemic, the Hugh A. Doyle Senior Center will reopen to the senior community with limited services Monday. Executive Director Phillis Maucieri said the city's Office of the Aging and Parks and Recreation staff have worked hard to provide the safest possible environment for New Rochelle's senior citizens.

She said plexiglass was installed in all administrative offices and throughout the dining room. Hand sanitizing stations were also installed.

Limited capacity will be enforced and all furniture in the building has been arranged to comply with proper social distancing protocol.
