Empire City teams with Yonkers PD: Nat'l Night Out Against Crime
9th Annual National Night Out Against Crime to be Hosted at Coyne Park Tonight

On Tuesday, August 2nd, the Yonkers 2nd Precinct Police Department will take a little time away from fighting crime to get to know their neighbors and celebrate “National Night Out - America's Night Out Against Crime." Sponsored by Empire City Casino, National Night Out will take place at Coyne Park (777 McLean Ave.) from 6 pm - 9 pm.
National Night Out is an annual event designed to strengthen the community by encouraging neighborhoods to engage stronger relationships with each other and with local law enforcement partners. This free event will include a summer concert provided by Empire City Casino as well as food, games, prizes, and family fun activities.
“This is our sixth year sponsoring the event and we’re honored to do so,” said Tim Rooney, president and CEO of Empire City Casino. “It’s not only a great night for the community, it’s an opportunity to support the men and women of the Yonkers 2nd Precinct and thank them for all they do to keep our community safe.”

As a major contributor to the community event, Empire City Casino also designed and donated banners across the city advertising the event.
