The Chamber of Commerce of New Rochelle is pleased to announce the ribbon cutting ceremony of its' newest member, Blackboard Pizza Shop, located at 628 North Ave.
New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson, Chamber Executive Director Eli Gordon, and members of the Chamber will be cutting the ribbon along with the owners of Blackboard Pizza.
