A business plan is critical to business success and growth. Whether you are a start-up or have been running your own business for several years, in today's economy business owners need a detailed plan to keep an eye on costs, understand and meet customer needs and plan for unforeseen events and growth.
This is a free 15-hour course offered by Community Capital Resources (CCR) and NRPL. Attendance at every class is required for information comprehension. The goal is to complete the course with a draft business plan. Those who complete the course will have access to free one-on-one business plan counseling, business development
counseling and can apply for a quick start micro loan in addition to credit counseling to get their businesses started. CCR is the Small Business Administration (SBA) MicroLender for Westchester, Rockland, Putnam and Dutchess counties focusing on start-up and existing businesses that are challenged by the expectations of traditional bank loans.
