Members of the New Rochelle community are invited to attend a community outreach planning meeting on Monday, September 27, 2010 at 7 pm in Council Chambers at City Hall, 515 North Avenue, to launch "Reflections of Change: A 50-Year Retrospective of the Lincoln School Decision." During an open forum, the City School District of New Rochelle will present proposed plans for commemorative events and solicit ideas and suggestions from community members. A reception at 6 pm in the Rotunda precedes the presentations.
