Father Accused Of Killing 7YO Appears In Court

White's proceedings could be shifted to Westchester County Court.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — The New Rochelle man accused of suffocating his 7-year-old daughter appeared briefly in City Court Thursday. The only action taken by the judge was to correct the spelling of Neil White’s estranged wife’s name on the order of protection.

White is due back in New Rochelle City Court July 20 unless the venue is changed, lohud.com said.

He is being represented by a Legal Aid attorney.
