NEW ROCHELLE, NY — Police say an arrest was made and a ghost gun was at the center of a dispute that escalated into a potentially dangerous conflict.

The New Rochelle Police Department said that it responded to a Keough Lane home on Tuesday, shortly before 8 p.m., after receiving a report of a man menacing another person with a handgun.

Officers were convinced that a menacing did in fact take place during a dispute between two acquaintances.
