Author and Cooking teacher Rinku Bhattacharya can get you started in this cooking class where you learn, cook, and ultimately eat your own brunch. Rinku is a huge advocate of local and seasonal eating and particularly enjoys putting together healthy and beautiful menus that are simple and practical to make. In fact, her cookbook, Spices and Seasons, Simple, Sustainable Indian Flavors is devoted to seasonal eating.
In this class we shall explore some of the essentials of home style Indian cooking. You will learn about traditional indian spices and learn vegetarian recipes.
