"Journey to South Africa"
Participants in an 11-day trip to South Africa taken in July, 2015 will share their experiences and pictures about their trip.
On Saturday, May 14, 2016 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon,from Bethesda Baptist Church of New Rochelle, Trinity Baptist Church of the Bronx and others will be sharing their experiences from an 11-day trip to South Africa taken in July, 2015. They will recount stories from their attendance at the Baptist World Alliance World Congress in Durban along with their visit to Johannesburg and surrounding areas in pictures and slides. The Vice President of the North America Region of the Baptist World Alliance will be the guest speaker. Rev. Naomi Tyler-Lloyd who is also the Pastor of Trinity Baptist Church will share information related to the Baptist World Alliance. Light refreshments will be served afterward. This "School of Mission" is being presented by the Board of Mission of Bethesda Baptist Church of New Rochelle and is free and open to all.
