Michael J. Marciano and Edmond Albano III announce new partnership at Keller Williams NY Realty

Michael J. Marciano, Partner/Associate Real Estate Broker NY & CT, and Edmond (Ed) Albano III, Associate Real Estate Broker NY, are excited to announce their new partnership as the Michael Edmond Team at Keller Williams NY Realty.

The two real estate professionals have 28 years of combined real estate sales experience, have worked with over 650 clients and have been apart of nearly $200 million in residential real estate transactions. In 2015 alone, they have helped 47 families with their real estate needs in Westchester, Putnam and Fairfield Counties.

They will also utilize more than 500 websites through their list hub which includes coverage of international, national sites down to local real estate websites.

“We are accessible to our clients by phone, text or email 15 hours a day, seven days a week,” Michael said. “More than 90 percent of our new clients are repeat clients or have been referred to us by satisfied past clients.”

We have also started to grow our team with the addition of two administrative assistants and a showing assistant to help us with our workload. This will ensure that we are never too busy to help our clients, no matter how big or small the real estate need is.
