New Rochelle City Council, Mayor to Discuss Raises for Themselves
The elected officials haven't had a pay bump since 2008.

NEW ROCHELLE, NY — City Council members and the mayor of New Rochelle are putting raises for themselves on the table.
Lohud.com said the elected officials want to use part of the 2015 surplus to increase their pay for the first time since 2008.
Councilman Barry Fertel, a Democrat, made the proposal, but not everyone is in agreement.
