NEW ROCHELLE, NY - A Guatemalan native residing in New Rochelle pleaded guilty Tuesday to sexually abusing a girl under the age of 13.
The charge against Aisar Valiente, 39, was second-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, which is a felony, said lohud.com.
