Around 4:55 a.m., Pettaway, without the victim knowing, let Moore and two other individuals into the apartment.

At the same time, Pettaway left the residence and got into a car parked outside the building.

Moore went into the man’s bedroom, pointed a firearm at him and told him to get face down on the bed.

He complied and his mouth was taped shut and his arms and legs were tied up with tape and clothing.

While on the bed, the victim heard the others ransacking his apartment.

After about 25 minutes, Moore and the two others left the apartment, got in the car with Pettaway and drove away.

Meanwhile, the victim was able to free himself from being tied up. He walked through his apartment and saw that jewelry, money, clothing and electronics were missing, including his cellphone.

The man went out to the street, found someone passing by and asked that person to call 911. Police responded and began an investigation.

Moore was arrested May 7 by New Rochelle police.

A judge set bail at $75,000 or bond at $50,000.

Moore is due back in court Aug. 8.
