Of 'Note' Queen City Of The Sound International Jazz Festival Returns
With the Grammy-winning lineup on the packed schedule, this free music festival in New Rochelle would be a bargain at twice the price.

Note: Due to the weather on Saturday, this event has been rescheduled to October 8.
NEW ROCHELLE, NY —Downtown will be the destination for jazz lovers, hip cats and a few of the world's very best musicians this Saturday — so, start making plans to be part of the excitement.
New Rochelle's 2nd Annual "Queen City of the Sound International Jazz Festival" will be taking place on Saturday, October 8, from 1 p.m. - 6 p.m. The event, in partnership with the Global Jazz Community, will be a night of music and entertainment highlighting the artistic and cultural influence musicians and creators have on the community.

The festival is free of charge and open to the public with municipal parking and valet parking available on-site as well as a free circuit shuttle available for those parking further away. Over 500 attendees are expected and are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets to lounge on as they listen to local musicians.

While at the festival, you can visit the NRVR community engagement booth to learn more about the LINC project, other downtown revitalization initiatives, and to let them know what you would like to see in the new park coming to New Rochelle soon.
The Queen City of the Sound International Jazz Festival will take place in Ruby Dee Park, located at 1 Library Plaza in New Rochelle.
