Coalition For Community Needs Your Help Helping Flood Victims
The alliance of community service organizations is looking for both resources and volunteers to help neighbors recover from Ida's wrath.

MAMARONECK, NY — Neighbors in the community still recovering from the effects of a global pandemic also suffered two serious floods in as many weeks, but finding a way to help those still suffering has never been simpler.
The Larchmont-Mamaroneck Coalition for Community has brought many of the resources needed to help residents get back on their feet together under one umbrella. The cooperation among the various agencies has helped those affected by the recent extreme weather to more easily navigate the road back to normal.
The group will be distributing clothing and toiletries from St Thomas Church again on Sept. 26. Organizers are asking for help to pull off this massive undertaking. The Coalition for Community SignUpGenius application to organize volunteers has been updated to include slots for the upcoming weekend.

The company's Digital Equity Device Recycling Initiative was designed to recycle previously owned corporate computers and redistribute them to families without personal computers. The most recent distribution was the final phase of an RXR Realty donation that brought over 100 recycled computer kits to low-income residents across the County in 2021.
