SPCA of Westchester Calls in Occult Expert after Discovery of More Mutilated Animals
The animal rescue group has turned to a specialist in the occult to help with the investigations.

More mutilated animal remains have been found at locations in Westchester County, and the SPCA of Westchester has launched investigations into the findings, the animal rescue group announced.
The SPCA has called in an expert in the occult to assist with the investigations, which include the discovery of a black bird “wrapped in three layers of red, black and white cloth” found in Wilson Woods in Mount Vernon, and a decapitated goat and five decapitated chickens all found in a plastic bag in Long Island Sound.
The incidents follow recent grim discoveries of bludgeoned cats and another decapitated goat.

On July 21, 2014, Westchester County Police called the HLE Unit after finding the remains of a black bird wrapped in three layers of red, black and white cloth in Wilson Woods in Mt. Vernon. Written symbols were also found with the dead bird. The symbols were identified as belonging to a black magic cult, according to Occult Specialist Marcos Quinones who has assisted over 200 law enforcement groups with his knowledge. “The remains of the bird found in Mt. Vernon definitely involves a Palo Mayombe ritual,” said Quinones. “The white cloth contained the Palo Mayombe symbol of a circle intercepted by arrows. The colors of red and white may pertain to the Palo god Lucero who is the god of lightning, thunder and fire. This is not a good ritual but is black magic conducted to produce a desired effect on a person or group of people.”
Just yesterday, September 2, 2014, the Harbor Unit of the New Rochelle Police Department discovered a black plastic bag in the Long Island Sound containing one decapitated goat and five decapitated chickens. The bag also contained currency, food and a blue T-shirt. The HLE Unit was asked to investigate the find.
These two incidents come on the heels of the discovery of a decapitated goat and remains of several other animals in plastic bags near Underhill Avenue in Yorktown by the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) on August 25th.
Our HLE Unit is actively pursuing all leads in the investigation of these three heinous incidents,” said SPCA Executive Director Shannon Laukhuf. “We urge anyone with any information about these killings to contact the SPCA’s Confidential Animal Cruelty Hotline at 914- 941-7797.”
