St. Patrick's Day Festivities at Empire City Casino
Giveaways and concert highlight "March" to the 17th.
The green is on full display at Empire City Casino in March to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day highlighted by a chance to win a trip to Ireland, cash winners, giveaways, and a prelude concert with Irish rockers Shilelagh Law and Celtic Cross.
The celebration kicks off Sunday, March 5th with the return of the popular New York City-based Irish-American bands Shilelagh Law and Celtic Cross. The indoor concert is scheduled from 2:45-5:30pm. These giants of Irish entertainment will be joined by the Pipes and Drums of the Police Emerald Society of Westchester, comprised of police officers from many of the 39 Police Departments within the County of Westchester. On St. Patrick’s Day, Friday, March 17th, Empire City will give away custom designed, branded short sleeve Irish-themed shirts to Empire Club Members. The first 5,000 members to visit the promotions booth will receive the free T-shirt, while supplies last. The Guss Hayes Band will perform Friday evening from 6pm to 2am in the Entertainment Lounge.
The big win will be the Trip to Ireland Giveaway, valued at $5,000, on Friday, March 17th. Runners up will receive $500 prizes and all winners will receive a silver Claddagh ring.
Beginning on Wednesday, March 1st through Friday, March 17th, Empire Club members can receive an entry to win the trip for every 100 Empire points earned. All entries must be activated on March 17 beginning at 5:00 PM to be eligible to win. At 7:00 PM, ten Empire Club Members will be drawn from eligible entries to participate in the giveaway to the Emerald Isle.
