Top Comedic Talent Rob Cantrell Headlines Laugh-Fest at Empire City Casino

Funnyman Rob Cantrell, who has brought his laugh-fest to sketches on Comedy Central’s “Colbert Report” and FX’s “Totally Biased,” will headline the award-winning Comedy Night at Empire City Casino on Wednesday, August 12th in the Good Time Room. Joining Cantrell will be Mark Serritella as the featured artist and Chris Millhouse as the MC for the night.

Cantrell first gained national attention as a top ten finalist (#7) on the first season of NBC’s “Last Comic Standing”, the year the show received an Emmy nomination. Rob has been seen on several TV networks (NBC, CBS, HBO, FX, Comedy Central), and has toured the country performing at clubs, theaters and festivals for many years. He has also performed at Bonnaroo, SXSW and the New York Comedy Festival.

Mark Serritella has written over 3,300 jokes covering every topic known to man. Since his first time on stage, Mark has been made a regular at the Comedy Store, The Improv, and The Ice House in Pasadena. Mark has performed with, or opened, for a number of well-known comedians including Dane Cook, Carlos Mencia, Bobby Lee, Al Madrigal and Sam Tripoli, just to name a few.‎

Chris Millhouse will be seen on Comedy Central & Netflix in Owen Benjamin’s 1 Hour Special “Huge Pianist!” He has been seen on CBS, SiTV (NuVo TV), VH1, Hulu, Comedy Time TV and more. Chris is also a regular at multiple clubs in New York City and Los Angeles, and can is the host and producer of the live standup comedy show “Hot Comedy Action”.

Doors open at 7:00 pm, and the show will begin at 8:00 pm. Admission is $5 for Empire Club Members and $25 for all non-members. Elite Club and President’s Club Members gain free admission to the show. All patrons will receive a free drink ticket.‎
