• HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS LACROSSE: Ryan scores five, Follis controls draw as Shen tops Niskayuna (saratogian.com) — Niskayuna girls lacrosse fell 12-5 at home to Suburban Council rival Shenendehowa, despite a strong effort from goalie Emily Ciesinski and late scoring bursts. The game, played Tuesday at Niskayuna High School, saw Shen dominate draw controls and possession, led by five goals from senior Ella Ryan and a standout all-around performance from Caroline Follis.
