• North Hills Tractor-Trailer Crash Turns Fatal, Passenger Dies From Injuries, Police Say (patch.com) — A passenger injured in Friday night’s tractor-trailer crash on the Long Island Expressway in North Hills has died from his injuries, police say. Two other Honda occupants suffered minor injuries, while the truck driver was unhurt. Nassau County police are continuing to investigate the late-night collision near exit 34.
