1 Dies After Drunk Man Crashes Into Minivan With 7 Inside: Cops
The people in the minivan suffered broken bones and severe bleeding; the drunk driver has been identified, police say.

GREENPORT, NY — A drunk driver crashed into a minivan in Greenport Sunday, killing one and injuring the other six passengers, police said.
According to Southold Town Police, the two-car crash took place at 8:34 a.m. on Route 48 in Greenport West.
Glenn Zaleski, 36, of Greenport, was arrested, charged with driving while intoxicated, and held for arraignment, police said.

Zaleski was driving east and collided with a westbound vehicle, police said.
The seven adult occupants of the westbound vehicle suffered varying degrees of injuries including broken bones and severe bleeding, police said.

One occupant of the westbound vehicle, driver You Feng Yang, 51, of Flushing, was pronounced dead at Stony Brook University Hospital at 10:32 a.m., police said.
The crash is currently under investigation; New York State Police assisted with accident reconstruction, police said.
