North Fork photo and garden buffs are invited to share their love of green things growing on this gardening blog.
- Got the biggest pumpkins in the county?
- Do your sunflowers look like a bunch of neighbors gossiping over the back fence?
- Is your grandchild the best strawberry picker around?
See Your favorite gardening moments featured in this blog by participating in the NORTH FORK GARDEN PHOTO(s) OF THE WEEK contest. That includes people, places or things! Photos will be judged on their ability to capture the unique character of our favorite garden spot, the North Fork of Long Island.
Use your imagination. Shots of garden designs, interesting or amazing veggies, plants and flowers; garden critters and ponds; and even people shots that convey the love of North Fork gardening for all ages are eligible and encouraged. It can be a home garden, a community park or garden club project or outstanding commercial garden shots from one of our area farms or nurseries. (Occasional calls will also go out for "outside the North Fork" shots as well. )
HOW TO ENTER
---FORMAT: Photos should be sent in digital format as jpegs: approximately 4x6" scale, 300 dpi resolution. Send as email attachments to: agriainc@msn.com (Files cannot be returned or acknowledged).
