Individual or couple session @Eastern Sun Holistic Health Sound Loft finds you laying on a 4.5 inch thick futon shown with blankets/bolster/pillow/eye mask while I play instruments around you. Sound journeys essentially allow you to travel anywhere your subconscious thinks it would be beneficial for you to experience and leaves the participant feeling as though they have received a deeply restorative massage and energy healing session combined. Most people sleep the entire session.    $140.00 per person         Session: 60 minutes Sound Journeys for group sizes 3-8 have discount rates.

Sound Session in your home: Individual or couple is $150.00 with full futon set up included.                                                                                    Groups at your location: $350. includes full set ups for 5. Additional people may be included at $55. per person. I have full set ups for up to 14.

  

Sound Bowl Massage on the Body

 Sound Bowl Massage finds you laying on a massage table (lightly clothed) while I move a series of 4 specific, deep vibrational bell metal, deeply vibrating bowls along the feet and Meridian System we utilize in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Its like having a deeply relaxing massage combined with an Acupuncture treatment AND Energy Healing!                  Locations: Eastern Sun Holistic Health, Greenport Pilates, Yoga & Wellness and your location. Floating Sound Experience

A floating sound bath is a meditative and immersive experience that combines the therapeutic benefits of sound healing with the soothing sensation of floating in water. During a floating sound bath session, participants will lie on floating mattresses (unless you want to be directly in water) with a blanket, and eye mask for an enhanced sensory experience.

​Participants will be surrounded by various sound instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, flutes, drums, or other percussion instruments to produce harmonious tones and vibrations. These sounds help induce a state of deep relaxation, reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, and promote overall well-being.

​The combination of floating on water and being enveloped by the soundscape created by the instruments can create a profound sensory experience, allowing participants to disconnect from the outside world and enter a state of deep relaxation and introspection.                                * Rates start at $400. and include up to 5 people. Additional people may join at a discounted rate.                                                                          *Yes, you may have people IN the pool AND on lounge chairs.
