East End Natives Among University of Rhode Island Graduates
Congratulations to the Class of 2015!

Several East End residents received their degrees at the University of Rhode Island’s 129th Commencement on May 16 and 17.
In total, 3,200 undergraduate and 660 graduate students received their degrees for the Spring 2015 semester.
Students who received the honor summa cum laude graduated with a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.7; students who received the honor of magna cum laude graduated with a GPA of at least 3.50; and students who received the honor of cum laude graduated with a GPA of at least 3.3.

The following local natives were among the graduates:
- Conor Robert McLaughlin of Tuckahoe, received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies.
- Jennifer Marie Beglane of Hampton Bays, received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology Summa Cum Laude.
- Michael John Mangiamele of Cutchogue, received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
- Morgan Elizabeth Anderson of Shelter Island, received a Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders Cum Laude,
- Kady M Field of East Hampton, received a Bachelor of Science in Textiles, Fashion Merchandising and Design, Minor in Public Relations Magna Cum Laude.
