LARK - Vocal Octet - A Cappella: Monteverdi to Cole Porter

Eastlight Performing Arts proudly presents the second salon concert of vocal ensemble LARK, performing a wide range of a cappella repertoire, from Monteverdi to Cole Porter.  The event will take place on Sunday, March 17 at 5:00 PM at historic Poquatuck Hall in Orient, with light refreshments to follow.

A local octet, LARK features Christine Franke, Karen Haley (Music Director), Lucinda Hemmick, Tom Hemmick, Michael Manuelian, Betty Satterwhite, Laurence Sutter and Gregory Welch.

"The breadth of LARK's repertoire and the quality of performance is remarkable and a rare treat not to be missed," stated Tim Frost, an Eastlight board member.  "This local ensemble's sound is ear candy to savor and indulge in.  They are a most welcome addition to the diverse landscape of North Fork performing artists."
