If your child wants to operate a boat alone in New York waters, this eight hour course covers the requirements. This course is designed for 10-17 year olds and is limited to 30 students. Registration is Saturday, Jan. 7 at the library from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. A certificate of completion will be awarded once the final exam is passed.
