The Adventure of Sandhill Cranes, presented by NORTH FORK AUDUBON

Join local naturalist and Alula Birding staff Eileen Gerle and John Turner, who will talk about the Sandhill Cranes that arrive in Nebraska every March. John and Eileen will share their experiences from last year's trip, where they witnessed the impressive spectacle of the spring migration of half a million Sandhill Cranes on the banks of the Platte River, and the fascinating avian mating displays (lekking) of Greater Prairie Chickens and Sharp-tailed Grouse.
