The North Fork Audubon Society has been protecting plovers and terns on North Fork beaches for nearly fifteen years. If you’ve been wondering exactly where plovers are and what they do on our beaches you should join me to find out! We’ll visit some of the sites these birds prefer, learn about their habits and find out how we can help these endangered and threatened species survive on The North Fork.
