The above quote comes from my take on the Southold Horton Point Lighthouse:
In browsing thru Hotels and Inns of Long Island's North Fork by Geoffrey K. Fleming and Amy Kasuga Folk I was reminded by finding the Constant Booth Inn written about accompanied w/ photos on pages 16-17 that GEORGE WASHINGTON when he was young in 1757 stopped by the Constant Booth Inn located in Greenport to rest when he was going to Boston from New London.
