LEE DAVIS' The Southampton Press Review dated June 12, 1986 that was titled "North Fork Hills Are Alive With The Sound of Music" had this to say:

From the January 19, 1989 The Southampton Is Press when "Words and Music Inc, the new theater that {planned} concert versions of Broadway Musicals {stet} announced the place and date of its first production {~} the George and Ira Gershwin-George S.. Kaufman-Morrie Ryskind political satire {OF THEE I SING}. This first venture for the new group {took} place on Friday, January 27 {1989} at 8 p.m. at the Quogue Community Theatre on Jessup Avenue in Quogue. Admission was free. ...
... From the North Fork Community Theatre, soprano Eileen Sheldon will be singing Gershwin's standard, "Love Is Sweeping the Country. ..."
As a member of the Mattituck, New York North Fork Community Theatre (NFCT) who co-starred as Carlton Fitzgerald with EILEEN SHELDON in NFCT's LIGHT UP THE SKY, I had yearned to do a tribute to her.
LEE DAVIS in his The Southampton Press review of NFCT's LIGHT UP THE SKY dated June 14, 1990: "... There is, as was always in a Kaufman and Hart comedy, the bright, knowing secretary, a sort of Greek chorus to provide perspective in more lunatic moments. In this case, she's played with low-key exquisiteness, high good taste and elegance by Eileen Sheldon. Ms. Sheldon is a mainstay in any production, an anchor of rightness, and her performance this time is no exception. ..."

As a member of facebook.com I truly ended-up locating a new friend: JOHN BUSTAMANTE. John let me know: "My great-grandfather worked for Grumman as a tool and die maker, he actually made the landing gear for Apollo 11. My great-grandfather had worked on the F-14, Apollo 11, and many other things. When he retired, he worked on the restoration team. Restored many of our museum pieces. Talented man, they don’t make them like that anymore. Honored to be his great grandson."
John added that he is not sure if his great-grandfather knew EILEEN SHELDON but he continued: "His name is in the museum of aviation, on a plaque on the intrepid, and I'm told with the first lunar landing at the Smithsonian. But haven’t been to the Smithsonian. Will send you a few pics I have of his, when they originally restored the blue angel that’s in museum of aviation. The one that hangs from the ceiling now. They were actually his pics, and when he passed they were given to me. He passed in 1998, when he was a few months before he was 98 yrs old. Was actually in Newsday when he passed."
