Homeless Man Arrested For Trespassing After Refusing to Leave 7-Eleven: Cops
The arrest was made on Tuesday afternoon.
A homeless man was arrested after he refused to leave the 7-Eleven in Southold on Tuesday afternoon, according to Southold Town Police.
The 31-year-old man remained just outside the store located on Route 25 after he was asked several times by the owner to leave at about 4:10 p.m., according to police.
He refused to leave the business, was arrested for trespassing and transported to headquarters, police said.
