According to partner Jon Troyan, the closing had nothing to do with the COVID-19 pandemic. "All partners are pursuing other interests," he said. "I myself am working with an architect for a total renovation of Cuddy's," a business in South Jamesport.
The North Fork Roadhouse was launched by three owners, Troyan and Keith and Brian Lewin, all of Aquebogue. The three had a vision, to offer a place for families to gather, enjoy a place to be outside and enjoy experiences such as corn hole, music, car shows and more.
