Signs of coming summer are popping up around Greenport.
And one of the sure harbinger of sunshine and warm weather are bicyclists taking to the road in search of fun and adventure.
On Saturday, Dan's Bike Rental Greenport will open again for the season.

Greenport Bike Rental has been delivering bikes to North Fork visitors since 2008. Owner Dan Kelleher will deliver and pick up a specialized hybrid bike to your hotel, marina, bed and breakfast, or vacation rental.
"The North Fork is the greatest place to be in the summer and the amount of support among the other small businesses is phenomenal," Kelleher said.

Hybrid-style bikes, as well as specialized crossroads and expedition bikes are available.
Many rent bikes to explore local vistas, including wineries and Orient Point, Dan said.
Delivery within five miles of Greenport is $25 a day and from Orient to Mattituck is $30 a day.
