Paving Continues Around Town Wednesday

SOUTHOLD, NY — Southold Town highway department crews will continue paving efforts on Wednesday, and residents are advised to find alternate routes.

According to Southold Town Highway Superintendent Vincent Orlando, beginning at 6 a.m., paving will commence at New Suffolk Avenue and Route 25.

Paving will continue toward New Suffolk until Marratooka Lane; once completed around noon, paving will continue on New Suffolk Avenue from Marratooka Lane toward Route 25.

"Thank you for your patience," Orlando told residents.
