Photos: Greenport Fire Department's Annual Christmas Parade Brings Frosty Holiday Cheer
Despite the cold, young and old turned out for the parade and later, treats and a visit with Santa at the Firehouse in Greenport.
GREENPORT, NY — Despite the frosty temps, delighted kids and families turned out Sunday for the Greenport Fire Department's annual Christmas parade.
The parade featured a colorful array of holiday characters, as well as Santa and Mrs. Claus. After the parade wended its way down Front Street, it headed to the firehouse on Third Street, where children enjoyed treats and got to meet Santa.
