Police: Fifth Suspect Arrested In Connection To Shooting
A Bay Shore man was arrested on Thursday in connection to the shooting last month in Southold, according to police.

Southold Police arrested a fifth person in connection to the shooting that occurred on Oct. 14 in Southold where two men were shot.
Albino Dejesus Medina, 20 of Bay Shore, was taken into custody with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force and the Riverhead Police, according to police.
Medina is a member of the MS-13 street gang and was part of the group who attacked two men on South Harbor Road, according to police.

He is charged with three counts of first degree assault and one count of criminal possession of a weapon.
He is being held and will be arraigned in Southold Justice Court on Thursday Nov. 13.
