Southold Supervisor Urges Residents to Stay Off Roads
BREAKING: Scott Russell said conditions will remain dangerous for hours.

SOUTHOLD, NY — As the North Fork continues to see accumulation as asnowstorm blankets the area, Southold Town Supervisor Scott Russell is urging caution on town roads.
"The roads are dangerous. They will continue to be dangerous for hours. People need to please use their good judgment and stay off the roads," Russell said. "It's an unnecessary risk not just to themselves but to others, as well. Let the highway department do its job."
